Business or pleasure, coming to Colorado Springs is a sight to behold and the views from Soothing Vista are unequaled. Sitting 500 feet above the city and 150 above the Broadmoor Resort, any of the three patios offers a special view of the mountains and a must-be-seen view of the city at night. We're certain that you will have many fond memories of Colorado Springs and they will include the views from our house.
Not Just a Patio
Our patios each have their own personality. The main patio has a dining table for six, a covered seating area for four and a wet bar complete with grill and TV. The upstairs entertaining patio has a firepit, while the master bedroom has its own veranda for quieter times.
Outdoor Activities Nearby
There are hiking trails that touch the neighborhood. Additionally the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Seven Falls, the Broadmoor Golf Course, and other activities all within a one mile walk from our front door.
